Ed Chariker
Level 1 Certified.
After years of teaching students and coaching high school football, it only made sense for Ed to coach at Downtown Fitness Compound too. He’s devoted to the sport, and he loves that workouts are always varied.
Coach Ed’s favorite WOD would consist of deadlifts + the bike; and he’s trying to avoid burpees if at all possible.
When he’s not teaching, coaching, or spending time with his family, Ed enjoys to spend his time fishing.

Jeremy Nichols
Level 1 Certified.
As a Physical Therapist, Jeremy understands the importance and models a lifestyle of movement and health. He loves that DFC compliments that type of lifestyle and is for people of all ages. “It’s a great community that’s like family. Everyone lifts each other up and pushes each other to be the best version of themselves.”
Coach J’s favorite WOD would consist of deadlifts + bench press, and he’d skip overhead squats if he could.
When he’s not serving his PT clients and coaching, he enjoys being outdoors with his wife and two kids, Spartan racing, hunting + fishing, and training dogs.
